CNC Cutting & Machining

CNC trimming is the second step in producing a thermoformed part. We have multiple 5-Axis CNC cutters which have a table size of 3000mm x 1500mm. These machines enable us to ensure accuracy and repetition of the trimming process. The cutting head has two spindles which can use saw blades for perimeter trimming and router bits for detail trimming such as slots and holes.

HPTA also CNC machines patterns to create thermofomring tools or models for our customers. the large bed is ideal for oversized parts that would otherwise need to be created in several parts. See below for some examples of our work;
